apartment „Melanie“

The modern 3 star eco apartment is located at the 2nd floor of your house and offers accommodation for 2 persons. On request you can use the fold out sofa to sleep on as well. From the kitchen you have a wonderful view over the town of Schwollen and at the church Heiligenbösch.

The apartment is on big room with a separate bath room and it is 45 square meter big.

The kitchen

Our newly installed kitchen contains a fridge with a small freezer compartment, dish washer and oven with ceramic glass cooktop.

You will find a toaster, a tea maker, a microwave with grill function, a water cooker, coffee maker and a sandwich maker are ready for your use.

Tableware for 4 persons is available. A ironing board with a iron is accessible as well.

The living – sleeping room

This room is outfitted with different areas and all the furniture is solid wood furniture:

  1. The sleeping area has a king size bed and two night stands with a alarm clock and lights. It is possible to completely darkening the room.

  1. The living area is divided into a couch area with TV and a dining table area with space for 4 persons.

The bath room

Shower, sink with a big area for your things and a toilet are available in the separate bath room. Hair dryer and a magnifying makeup mirror are available for your convenience.

The outdoors

A BBQ area with seating, a boule play area, a garden table and chairs as well as a play area for children are available.
